It’s Our Birthday!
On Saturday the 14th of March, One To One Recruitment will be celebrating our 15th Birthday! Woo, Happy Birthday to us!
After returning from her travelling adventures in 2005, our Managing Direct Sharon had the difficult decision of where she was going to go with her next career step. After deliberating and being unable to find a role that she really wanted to do, Sharon called on her previous experience and love for Recruitment and *POOF* One To One Recruitment was born.
Sharon’s natural flair for finding the right roles for people, has supported her in successfully recruiting internally for One To One over the years and helping to make it the success it is today. Today’s team include Sharon, Nadine, Amie, Lauren, Abbie and Helen.
One To One Recruitment is very unique in the way they function as a Recruitment Agency. Sales is not at the heart of what we do or are driven by. The Candidates and Clients we work for are at the heart of what we do! We are all very passionate and caring and do our best to provide a 1st class service because we know if we achieve that, everything else will follow.
