Prior to joining One to One Recruitment, I spent 20 Years in the Telecommunications industry in both Corporate Sales and Sales Management. After taking a short break, to spend time with my little boy, I decided to change career paths and challenge myself differently.

After 20 years of knowing each other, a pure chance meeting with Sharon led me to starting a position as a Resourcer for the company. I was instantly taken by the whole Recruitment process and after 5 months getting to grips with the administration and sourcing of candidates, I was promoted to Account Manager. It is a role that rewards me in a different way to what I am used to because it is dealing with people and impacting peoples lives. This to me is so important and I can’t help but be passionate about it. Building close relationships with Clients and helping Candidates to find the right role for them is a real emotional roller coaster but one that I find very addictive.

I’m quite a straight talking, honest character and consider myself to be a real people person. I have a passion for travelling to weird and wonderful places and I look forward to taking my little boy on his first backpacking adventure to Thailand soon.
