Over 20 years ago I found a job that I absolutely loved. At the age of 32 I gave up recruiting and took some time off to go travelling. When I returned I couldn’t find a job!! There was nothing that gave me the same buzz and satisfaction as Recruitment, hence the start of One To One Recruitment in July 2005. Over the years the business has grown through recommendation of our service, we have a completely different ethos to traditional recruitment agencies. We are not SALES hungry, we are a dedicated team who want to deliver an exceptional 1st class service so that time and time again our people will come back to us.
Charity work is very close to my heart and we aim to raise funds each year for a different charity chosen by the team. Outside of work I’m a Rotarian and really enjoy working with my fellow Rotarians on the projects we run within Gloucestershire.
