Job Purpose

Reporting to the Account Manager/Supervisor, the Administrators role is to provide administrative support to the accounts team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Generate all contract correspondence and relevant forms
  • Ensuring site staff diaries are organised and geographically suitable
  • Book in sites as requested
  • Liaise with customers to ensure all work processes are carried out in line with the customer needs and requirements
  • Ensuring client programmes are up to date
  • Keep internal systems and schedules up to date


Experience, Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication, both written and verbal
  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong ICT skills
  • Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and an effective team player
  • Up to 25 days holiday per annum
  • A career within an expanding business
